This entire building has been legally split in half, it is on two entirely different parcels. The northmost parcel is the Gateway, a senior independant living facility, whereas the southmost parcel is the Fremont Community Recreation Center, a government entity to promote recreational enrichment for the Fremont area. The entire building is marked "senior center" and for the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to change it.
