From this point, going north until the village of Vang, the N11 isn't asphalt.

This road, including the footway going south, is now fully asphalted all the way west to Buasawan (N11). Buses to/from Vientiane/Pak Lay seem to be using it, to avoid going all the way to Xanakham.
