Added City Pension Nord and fixed service road to be not accessible for the public (only with a permit as for example for firefighters). Also fixed some foot path attributes.

We have visited the ferry port and therefore fixed the map and added missing gates and service roads so OSM routers can use the ferry properly.

it is not allowed there to turn left to the bridge and neither to the small street

bridge, tunnels and roads here are not longer under construction (finished last December)
