As of 23/06/2023, The Ride "Splash Out" has been demolished to make way for the "Velocity Falls" Precinct as stated on their website and by my experience. This also changed the layout of the Bobsled

There is no pedestrian access from the crescent heading southwest on the crescent.

Park needs an update, a lot of amenities are missing and the new skate park here also.

Need resurveying. It looks like the trace is two curves too many towards Coondoo St.

Sean McCarthy Way commences at the intersection of Balmoral Street and Lauder Drive. It runs from there down to and including the roundabout.
