It seems very likely that pedestrian and cycle access has been retained (ie. that this is a modal filter). Could someone with local knowledge/ability to do a survey please add a link if so?

Needs survey to check if southern footpath on Garden is actually designated for bicycles, width = 0.6 is unusual. Northern side is already part of a bicycle route relation as well.
