about 3 years ago | Hi, You've added a no right turn restriction at the intersection at way/568373745 which means you can't turn from Port Hacking Road in to Kareena Road. There are turn arrows in the Bing imagery that suggests otherwise. Was this edit based on a survey? Thanks.
about 3 years ago | Hi, You have modified the intersection at way/1085084674 so that right turns from Showground Road are no longer possible. There is a turn lane and turn lines in the Bing imagery that suggests otherwise. Was your edit based on a survey? Thanks.
over 3 years ago | Hi, Your roundabout mapping is not quite correct. Have a read of junction=roundabout to find out how to map them. Happy Mapping.
over 3 years ago | For context there are about 5130 no left turn restrictions in AU. Only 27 of them need to use a way as the via. So it's more likely that a new left turn restriction with a via way is a mistake than really needing to use a way as the via.
over 3 years ago | It means what it says. These turn restrictions need to use a way as the via rather than a node. The note is to let mappers know this and to allow me to filter out the ones that I have not checked yet.
over 3 years ago | Hi, Closed polygon highways like way/512427877 need to have an area=yes tag. Thanks.
over 3 years ago | I wish people would use the correct tagging. If a street is closed with a barrier then map the barrier.
over 3 years ago | That should have been convert to no u-turn
over 3 years ago | Hmm based on the fixme I added looks like I couldn't tell if this was operational yet or still planned. If it doesn't have an IUCN Cat, then you can use protect_class=7. I would add both tags just to be sure.
over 3 years ago | Lolz.... you beat me by two hours.
over 3 years ago | Hi, Are you sure people can't turn right out of Caledonian Avenue? Thanks.
over 3 years ago | I've checked and removed all the duplicates I could find.
over 3 years ago | Hi, You might want to check for existing railway=yard before adding more. You've added a number of duplicates around the coal mines of QLD. Thanks.
over 3 years ago | Good question. I don't know. I assume that historic: might mean abandoned: and station_site probably means station? Unless it means somewhere they were going to build a station but never did. I have gone through the Vicmap data to check to make sure all of the former stations were tagged with a lifecycle prefix. I was unaware that station_site was a thing so I may have missed a bunch of these. I've started looking for duplicates of this type and it turns out I'm not the only person who didn't know about this.
over 3 years ago | Hi, What is way/1054352669 supposed to be? Thanks.
over 3 years ago | Hi, The no-left turn restriction is required because there is a left turn slip lane. The no-right turn restriction is required because u-turns are not permitted at traffic lights. I have put them back to what they were. Happy Mapping.
over 3 years ago | Hi, This changeset allowed people coming up the off ramp at node/280889414 to cross over and go down the ramp. Another mapper tried to fix it but their turn restriction wasn't valid. I put cross back in to force the right turn but still let the left turn down the ramp go. Can you please review. Thanks.
over 3 years ago | Hi, Welcome to OSM. Thanks for picking up the problem with the routing here. Just to let you know turn restrictions can only have one "from". So I've fixed this by putting in a separate way. Happy Mapping.
over 3 years ago | Hi, Are you sure that relation/12531542 is a no right turn? It doesn't look like it is sign posted. Thanks.
over 3 years ago | Hi, This changeset broke the turn restriction: relation/7928160 I'm not sure I understand what keep right didn't like about this, but it was a valid turn restriction.
