Update tags to standard set for Supercharger station

Updated trail names according to City of Lakewood Trail Explorer. Merged trail sections where possible.

Updated South Foothills Drive Access Trail and unnamed trails connecting to it. Added locked chain at east gate, descriptions.

Removed name because it is not named on the official Lakewood map. It's an informal path to the actual summit of Green Mountain and everyone uses it anyway if they want to get to the top. "Summit Spur" might be a good future name. See FixMe re a name.

Update name per Lakewood GIS. Add foot, surface tags. Remove source tag because sources vary (like this time), so various sources go in the changeset tags.

Remove redundant wikipedia tag because the URL is displayed in the Wikidata item preview.
