Q1: This says "East Park Avenue Lane". Is the extra "Lane" correct?

According to dashcam, the street signs in the area say:

- "E. Park Ave"

and:

- To the W, this street is:
--- West Park Avenue
- To the S I see an alley:
--- West Park Lane
--- TIGER 2023 data says this too.

Q2: Looks like "West Park Avenue" actually stretches to this intersection. So:

- To the W of this intersection = West Park Avenue.
- To the E of this intersection = East Park Avenue.

There is a culvert underneath the road + a sign along side of road for "Swabia Creek".

Someone who likes adding water/rivers might want to look into mapping this:

I believe this "Peet's Coffee" DOES NOT exist anymore.

Their website says 0 stores located in this city:

Instead of "Bayou Road South"... I think this highway is called the "Atchafalaya River Highway".

It's what the:

(Unsure how far down it goes before it may change names.)
