Added more USPS collection boxes.

Goofing around, fixing a few small issues in northern Alaska.

Missed a few things at Willard (not doing anything precise around where Taxiway E used to be except a spatial approximation since it's guaranteed outdated).

Added patches of grass. Changed motorcar and cycle parking at this apartment complex from permissive/private to customers only.

Somehow forgot to connect taxiway C1 back up to the runway in Willard. Ooooops.

Added features to Homestead Rest Area southbound along I-55. Split northbound and southbound rest areas as 1) IDOT lists them separately, 2) the Interstate isn't part of the rest area, and 3) they're miles apart routing-wise.

I should've marked gates and roads around the perimeter of the airport as "Private" instead of "No" access; emergency vehicles and farmers have access. I wanted to emphasize a difference between "you will get told to leave" and "this is a federal crime."

Also forgot LAHSO holding positions.

These are actually movement-nonmovement boundaries, but that's not available as an option in iD yet. Used my own tag 'holding_position:type=movement_nonmovement'.

Minor adjustments to taxiway positions and grass positions at Willard. It's likely the area around where 'E' used to be will be somewhat incorrect spatially and will need to be traced when updated aerial footage is released.
