The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Hier befindet sich der Neubau einer Sache der Kläranlage. Leider hab ich keine Ahnung was es ist und wie man es korrekt taggt, daher der Note.

Im Mapbox Luftbild wird das Fundament gebaut, im Esri sind die Wände da, und im Bing sieht es fertig aus.
