Added partial road to IOI City Mall from my GPX.

Removed boundary tagging, sorry, another mistake I made while trying learn to tag states.

Removed place:city, sorry, another mistake I made while trying to grasp how to adapt to the newer tagging convention.

Found an error I made and added border_type:city to Kuala Lumpur's boundary.

Changed boundary_type : state to boundary:administrative and changed from level 4 to 6 since Kuala Lumpur is a city and not a state.

Removed is_in:Malaysia as it's a duplicate of is_in:country Malaysia. I've also changed the admin level from 2 to 6 following openstreetmap wiki guideline for a city in Malaysia.

Updated some details for Selangor.

Added point, state of Selangor.

Updated Kuala Lumpur to include English wiki and changed it to be a city within state of Selangor as per wiki.

Updated generic points to amenity:fuel.

Changed Taman Connought from locality to neighbourhood.

Added Taman Midah and Taman Billion.

Filled in road name from previous land survey.

Modified highway to allow additional node for AES speed camera.

Deleted duplicate, noticed someone had put in the speed trap earlier.

Traced inner road to Gotong Jaya, changed some classification from residential to unclassified, added some lane info from what I remember. Going there again in a few days time, will update if necessary. ":?

Simplified turn restrictions to merge Jalan Haruan 1 that's broken to many parts and added lane info. Will monitor how it affects navigation before deciding if it (turn restrictions) should be re-instated.
