，應該不是開放資料吧。記得開放街圖只允許相容的資料匯入整合，不然只能忍痛移除。

歷史性的編輯其實不太適合放在 OpenStreetMap，因為 OpenStreetMap 注重是當下的地理資訊、圖資。有另一個計畫是 OpenHistoricalMap 可能比較適合放上過去的行政區劃 琼州府

抱歉，您誤把個人地點書籤發布到公眾使用的開放街圖資料庫中了！如果您想要紀錄某個私人的地點，請使用「加入書籤」功能，而非「新增一個地點」。「新增一個地點」會直接反饋到公開圖資中。

Maps.Me App 採用開放街圖的地理資料，由社群而非商業公司建置的地理資料庫。Maps.me 與開放街圖合作，讓地圖使用者可以回饋最新的路況與地點資料到開放街圖社群，在下一次更新的時候，就會自動發布到所有人的手機系統上。

根據 OSMcha 的統計，你總共新增 1766 個物件，不是你聲稱的單純整理資料，這部分就得請你說明了，不然經過社群討論，需要把不相容授權的資料移除。

之所以要特別注重授權，是因為貢獻資料到 OSM 上，資料權利讓渡給位於英國的 OSM 基金會，不能讓他們會被告損害其他廠商權利。所以會對於資料的來源，資料的產生方式是否能相容 ODbL，而 OpenStreetMap 是相當嚴格的。如果你無法說明資料來源、產生方式合乎既有的授權條款，被質疑是相當正常的，更何況你一次編輯的量太大，很難一一去檢核。

你可能要注意一下有牽涉到資料庫權利的保護這一塊，不是每一個司法管轄區都視事實而不受到保護，像是過往台灣的數位典藏計劃就有主張掃描的東西有著作權。所以問題的根源會在，你是否拿一份清單在做件事情。如果你是一個一個實地探察，或是跟該連鎖體系的人取得同意，那沒問題。我假定這些資料集是沒有帶經緯度的，那你用的 geocoder 廠商也可能主張權利，或是寫在他的使用條款，禁止你用它的成果到其他地方。

請問你資料來源是那邊來的？如果是用業者的店家清單上的地址，用 Google、國土測繪中心的 geocoder 的話應該是不行的。目前應該是沒有 geocoder 符合授權的。
