Updated name and some other tags on dog park

Added camping:no on one SF Natural Area and seven SGLs. The Bureau of State Forests prohibits camping within Natural Areas. The PGC only allows camping within a narrow corridor on the SGLs the AT passes thru. Camping is prohibited on all other SGLs.

Some updates to Ephrata Church of the Brethren

Adding name to footpath ways per plaque & per operator's social media. Also corrected name on a church.

Specify road surfaces

Realigning road. Updating some tags on road. Realigning & adding some driveways.

Realigned driveway. Added track proceeding from driveway into fields. Mapped a couple tree rows.

Correcting a road name

Ephrata Cloister is not an active religious site and hasn't been since 1941. It's a PHMC-operated museum. Added was: prefixes to landuse & religion tags. Completely removed denomination tag - this is not, and never was, a Roman Catholic site.

Adding some residential landuse and neighbourhood names. Added medical clinic.

Adding roads in Wyndale, some paths in Hometown Square and Wyndale, and some stormwater basins in Hometown Square and Wyndale, Also modifications to Martin's bldg to reflect razed and intact portions.
