The addition of the new street "Leonards Way" should be reverted and then created in the correct location. After a visit to this site, I was able to determine that the new street is located 350 ft to the SW. Satellite view on GoogleMaps is the only source I could find that shows the new houses built on this new street. GoogleMaps also shows Leonards Way in the correct location but is should end 0.02 Miles after the street bends to the the left. At this point the street turns into a private driveway leading to the new house. Also there is a new driveway that goes from where Leonards Way takes a sharp left to the new house above.
