Need to update the On-Street Route 290 route relation (1310973). Update members to ways representing roadways, not untagged (i.e., no highway k:v pair) ways.

Is the name of the road changed to "Malcolm X Blvd"?

Can someone, please, confirm if this road is "Hillcrest Avenue" or "Hillcrest Road"?
