I have modified the road class to cycle path
based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

Could you check this place, there is feedback from the delivery driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, gate, access ban, or something else?

Could someone check if cars really cannot drive on this road. Because motor_vehicle=no tag makes it impossible to navigate to this place, but there is feedback from the driver, which shows that he was able to drive.

This police station closed a few years ago.

Quickest source I can find is local media report from this summer, of someone breaking in to grow weed in there (I'm sure the irony was lost on no one).
