The southern approach road to the new Mersey Gateway bridge passes above Astmoor Road in Runcorn on a flyover. At present the map isn't clear that this is the case.

Similarly, the approach road passes above the figure-8 roundabout on Daresbury Expressway.

Latest estimate for the opening of the new bridge is mid-September 2017.

Currently we have bus stop here. There definitely isn't one at this exact location, because that would be on a traffic island blocking the entrance to all the bus stands in the bus station. So this stop should be moved to place it more accurately.... somewhere. The NaPTAN "indicator" field says it's opposite a church.
