There's a small section of this path missing - it should continue take a sharp turn to the left and join the main cycle route.

This is an overgrown footpath down a steep slope that collapsed in the floods. It has always been impassable to vehicles.

Around this area when I was a child, we used to look for tadpoles. There are also used to be some big rocks people would dive off into the lake to cool down in the summer. I hope they're still there!
