appears construction will finish in 2 years. i am unsure of the exact date.

(in formal description: i have been here before this bath on the east side has little to none signage or markers. the eastern side has a sign saying something along the lines of “path only open ti residents” as only one end has this signage i am unsure if this is a path omky open to residents.)
