This portion of Fulton Rd (from this pin to the other Fulton Rd at "Antioch Rd" is NOT a public road, it is all private property.

1st: Antioch Rd doesn’t exist at all! This is all driveway. Antioch Rd was closed 47 years ago and became private property about 10 years after that
2nd: There are 2 Fulton Rd. They used to connect but the part at this marker was closed 47 years ago. It became private property a few years after it was closed. A portion of the former road is completely gone and is now a grass yard. I will also update the other end.
