I'm guessing that that this is the concept that the previous mapper was going for here.

This clearly was a pub, but given the location may not become one again (hence not disused:amenity)

The former bus station was never a pub

disused:amenity=pub is the more normal way of tagging these

musical_instrument=piano is mostly used on piano shops, and some station pianos (with amenity=piano). I've added amenity=piano to this one to make it clear it's a piano no a shop.
