Unbuggering EV12 - due to the iD relation bugs someone had added a section to the superrelation again.

Filled in gap in NCN67. See https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/172357873# . There's clearly at least a footpath here, and presumably also some way from cyclists to get across. There may be a kerb?
