A couple of golf mappers removed a couple of sections of the Saxon Shore Way https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/8864 . I've reinstated it based on LA PROW data https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#17/51.27479/1.36797/H/P and previous OSM.

"Harehills Corner" was previously a locality (13 years old) and neighbourhood (1 year old). I've made the older node a neighbourhood and split the difference on the location.
