Added approximate sqkm value to "Celtic Sea" node. The sqkm estimate came from using https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Locatie_Keltische_Zee.PNG as a guide, trimming that slightly to continental shelf and estimating the area.

Kex Gill - I've removed the odd name ("Kex Gill (part)"). This are part of the locality, but not individually called that. See also https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/168742254

Whatever this was supposed to be, an unnamed place=region node isn't meaningful.
