Removed rogue highway=terraced tag, surely added in error.

I've changed highway=sidewalk to highway=crossing here, based on the imagery (it's a zebra). Before, it was the only example of this tag combination in the UK.

I've set https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/12982948679/history back to highway=crossing since setting the node to highway=sidewalk was surely a cockup.

Changing "no;yes" back to "no" (the previous value) before our remote mapper changed it.

This allegedly joins to the southwest. See https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/2ez8 . That doesn't quite match the imagery, so needs a proper survey.
