Does this named item need a main tag such as "shop" or "office"?

Here node/1772383639/history has been "offices for homes under construction" since 2012. Is the office still there? Are the homes constructed now?
The building is in the middle of the road, which also seems wrong.

The Wellington apparently due to close end August and become a supermarket.

Buildings here may need remapping - they don't match my recollection. Lots of construction work still taking place.

Needs survey - I'm guessing that way/323059758 may actually be a bridleway given that it fills the gap between a bridleway and the road, and someone's added "horse=designated" to it.

There seems to be a bit of duplication here between way/61725785 and way/323058319 ? Presumably there's only one track, and it's a public bridleway? Needs survey to check.
