The thing that goes from the hedge to the church is probably a path; there's probably a hole in the hedge, and the paths probably join up a bit neater. Needs a bit of a survey and a tidy.

I'm guessing that some of the names here (e.g. "Workshops", "Work Shed" and "Private Carpark") aren't actually names at all, but are instead descriptions of what things are. If something really doesn't have a name, there's no need to make one up for OSM.
