What exactly is way/376498712 here? Does it really exist?

Is node/4838391421 really a picnic site within a building, or it it perhaps a bench or food court?

Does way/267920278 need some sort of "shop" or other tag beyond landuse=industrial?

I don't believe that way/360623787 is still brownfield (I've been there on the way to the Smithfield). From memory there's a fence to the south of the cycle path. Not sure about the land between that and the bus station - needs a survey really.
