OSM has this as "Concord Roundabout". It certainly used to be called the "ConcordE Roundabout" (my emphasis), but I don't think it is any more is it? OS Locator just has Tunnel Road West and Tunnel Road East.

This footpath presumably doesn't run through the middle of a barn. Also it duplicates the service road to the west - if that is marked as a "public footpath", it's best to add "designation=public_footpath" to the service road and delete the duplicating footpathh.

There's a fair bit of duplication going on here.
Three different things are named as "Woolwich Ferry South Pier" - the pier itself, a closed way at the end of the pier which is also "amenity=ferry_terminal", and a node at the end of that which is also "amenity=ferry_terminal". Looking at the use of "amenity=ferry_terminal", it seems to be used worldwide as nodes, as buildings, and as larger areas including buildings.
