Both the access and the route of this path need changing.

The speed limit way/44837266 here is 30 km/h all the way out from Lincoln. I believe the bit in town is 30 mph and this bit is 60 mph, but needs survey to check and see where the join is.

There's a "highway=lane" here. What actually is it (road? track?) and what are the access rights on it?

Unfortunately I didn't spot it when walking down the canal.

When I was last here I don't remember anything that could be described as scrub at way/305887232 (or over the road). Needs survey, as this area is being redeveloped and Bing isn't relevant here.
