A sticker on https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/13099065205 signs the 656 east. There is no signage at the bottom of High Town Bank Road for the 656.

Signage has been removed northeast of Kilburn. At the top end the 656 signage is east only. An empty pole to the southeast used to point towards Kilburn but now no longer does.
