Added fixme to part of A59 / A1M roundabout. Imagery does not match current layout. Lane guidance would be great here because on-road signage is rubbish.

I've just removed the fantasy road names here and removed the explicit 60mph. Significant remodelling for the new layout is still needed.

No reply on question from 2 years ago at https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/113498447 , so I've just removed the fantasy mapping here.

Marked some alleged motorway junction names as "not signed". Of these, "Dishforth" (but not "Dishforth Interchange") is somewhat in colloquial use. The others seem to be just descriptive fantasy.
