Bannerman Rd closed to motor vehicles according to this photo of Marvin Rees. Are there bollards at the East end or on All Hallows Rd?

this pair of bus stops no longer exists

Sign on corner and house numbering indicates this is a continuation of "Gilda Square West". Street name visible on a wheelie bin(!) & Google indicates "Gilda Square East". OSM originally had a continuation of Gilda Close. Any ideas?
