Em vez somente coloque note com as diferencias, tenta adicionar com alt_name, e verificar qual e o nome nas placas, se o nome e mudado pode coloque nome antigo em old_name

Det er ikke nødvendig å legge oneway=no til på highway=residential, med mindre du trenger å signalisere at et bestemt strekke av lenger veg IKKE er enveiskjørt. I dette tilfellet tror jeg det er unødvendig informasjon. Du trenger ikke gjøre noe med dette nå, men ha det i tankene framover.

Godt at noen gjør en innsats på Innlandet også, er nok fortsatt mye som kan forbedres rundt om i det området :D

What is Tvibit? A shop? Café? Youth Activity Center? Culture House? Please add more tags so that it can be recognised and found by different types of data consumers. Note that most maps will not render a name without a known type of amenity

tem muitos esses estações entre Governador Valadares e Belo Horizonte, so que ainda não investiguei direto onde eles sta, pelo menus tem os estações em serviço e a relação ida e volta, e tem dados para criar GTFS para roteamento.

I'm travelling right now, but I can change the route tag on the emergency route to avoid routing mistakes. Didn't check when the different routes was added, I just added relations on the routes. I am spending the summer months in this region, but mostly a little further north.

The ferry routes was already mapped, I mainly only added the relations.

I think the emergency route should be mapped, but maybe use different tagging to avoid routing problems, i.e. route=emergency_ferry

To vendo voce tem um tendência de mapear objetos com nomes abreviadas, nomes em parêntesis, e dividir nomes com traço. Não e melhor empregar etiquetas como alt_name, loc_name, old_name, official_name, short_name, e addr:housename para indicar objetos com multiple nomes?

Provavelmente sem querer, voce mandou um nó para o Null Island. So para avisar, tenta presta mais atenção isso no futuro para evitar esse fantasma

Se voce não conheço Null Island, e um erro onde o geometria (posição) do objeto fica Lat=0.0/Lon=0.0
