This presently has the tag for cemetery, with the name Ghat (the Nepali/Hindi word for a wide set of stairs for accessing the river) Ghats have many uses, [more info](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghat), one being outdoor cremations. I suspect that that is what this is being used for, and that it could be tagged better, but I don't know how best to improve it.
