I thought this seemed like an odd name for a street, and Google Maps confirmed my suspicions: it's "Felton Terrace". Checking: I can make that change without needing any sort of credit or permission, right?

All the darker gray areas have houses in them. Can I (or anyone else, for that matter) just fill in the houses based on the satellite imagery?

Inner park probably supposed to be landuse=grass area. Outer park doesn't actually extend into the middle of surrounding streets.

I'm only finding that this shows as a primary road when I zoom in. This is because I used control+F5 (see https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/102/i-have-made-edits-but-they-dont-show-up-on-the-map), but control and f5 do not work if your too far zoomed out to make an edit. The result: when you're zoomed in closer, it works, but after a certain point, it shows as a secondary road.
