New roundabout

Roundabout under construction, status unknown

Not totally sure what's going on with this new road being built. Might need someone to survey out here and confirm that the old roads were abandoned/demolished and what the name of the new road is

I deleted the big grass area here because it was a pointless multipolygon and not entirely accurate, I'll come back and re-add it eventually (hopefully)

I need someone who's better at landuse modification to fix all of this and add the construction site
