Aerial Imagery shows roads here that aren't mapped, and roads mapped which aren't here. Which is correct?

Is CREHST existing? According to its Wikipedia article at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbia%20River%20Exhibition%20of%20History,%20Science,%20and%20Technology?uselang=en it is now gone.
