I agree with @Zabir91, that changeset comments should be meaningful describing what you have changed. For example, If you add road, it should say 'add road in area X'. Apart from that we follow a certain tagging style in Bangladesh to maintain a standard. In this changeset you have changed the name to English to Bengali. We the community of Bangladesh are still in the process of deciding what should we do. Traditionally, for last 4 years we have added name in English. So until it is decided otherwise I would like to request you to add the names in English. Dear @Zabir91 please don't spread misinformation. This is not yet decided that we would add Bengali in name tag. We have already invited you to take part in mailing list: https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-bd/2019-November/000151.html. So put forward your informed opinion there. When we all come to an agreement that name would be in Bengali, it would be put on the Wiki. Please don't misguide the newbies. Consider this as a last warning or else we would ask the Data Working Group to block your ID.

If you want to add anything with Bengali language with English you can do it. It is your personal project or interest. So you can do what you want.
