Maybe it's valid, but there are duplicate Primarks here. See https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=23&lat=52.6366538&lon=-1.1306313 for a zoomed in example. Also there are 3 H&Ms to the southwest. I suspect that this is due to adding the "shop" tag to "rooms" that make up part of a larger shop.

There's a Companies House address for road hereabouts which suggests that this estate is now more or less completed. (Highfields Close, DE55 6PX)

Half the addresses in open data with a TA6 6PF postcode have "Farringdon Lane", whilst others have "Farringdon". I suspect if the road has a name at all it is Farringdon Lane, plain Farringdon should probably be addr:place.

I'll have yet to check against OS Local for names.
