Many roads here are highway=unclassified, I would expect most of them to be highway=residential.

This used to be for NEMS Platform One. Is it private/public now? Does it have a name?

Some roads tagged residential around Hirvihaara could do with checking as to tagging. Kartabanolenkki is the most obvious example (also has tag motorvehicle=private, how does one route to NEXT Hotel? In the UK this would either be unclassified, or if a privately-owned road service.
