Looks as though two numbers apply to flats above as there are two entrances visible in Bing Streetside. 391 is correctly assigned as FHRS has the Wood Pizza place & it is visible on Streetside. 405 (Tesco) is called Malcolm House (NROSH Data0.

Royal Oak looks to be duplicated

Quite a lot of houses in this area have something which could be a small solar panel or (more likely) a solar hot water panel on their roofs

Area bounded by Ashfield Ave, Keith Road and the stream to W predominantly demolished. Part of Grove Hill regeneration project (current status unknown).

Suspect this may be Meldyke Lane too, with the Kelgate Terrace only applying to houses on W side

Roads are poorly placed in Helmington, and I suspect many of the paths have either never existed or no longer exist
