Mapping of Husvik seems to be historical rather than current. According to wikipedia many of the buildings are dangerous and there is an exclusion zone around them.

Shorelines of Derrybrick Lough appear to be those of flood, rather than normal levels. When I visited it was like this, but the numbers of trees in the water area is a good clue that this is not normal. DG Premium shows a greatly reduced area much more consistent with GSGS 3906, which also shows the areas currently mapped as natural=water as prone to flooding.
