Could you check this place, there is a feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, gate or something else?

Ash Lane is mapped as unclassified, apparently a private road sign has gone up. OS have always shown it as a regular highway.

Out-of-date. There are now some bungalows built in the top half of the carpark.

The driver reported that this road cannot be reached from the northwest direction (Norfolk Street). There may be oneway here, but only "no entry" restriction is visible on the satellite image (Bing). Can anyone confirm "oneway"?
