This looks to be a duplicate for the node in 3 St Paul's Square. The Echo was originally in the building next door with the tower, not in the former Royal Insurance offices now "The Capital" aka the sand castle.

Some, or all, of area either side of Middle Park Way is Staunton Country Park (parts of which may be known as Leigh Park Gardens).

These facilities seem to be misplaced and should be in the shopping precinct (The Square) immediately above. Pharmacy, chippy & post office are in FHRS Open Data & other sources.

presume this is 153, Sunnymead Grade Ii listed. Registered address for Paw Seasons Pet Hotel which I suspect is somewhere nearby. Owner who died last summer was someone I knew many years ago
