Hey! Extra info if you haven't yet visited the site: the border is supposed to have 3 markers, one for each country on their own territory, that's why there were already 2. BE and LU are obvious, apparently the FR border is different in shape/material, not many people have seen it, its position is not know... So if you want to rise up the challenge, maybe try to survey it while you are there. I've added it in OSM but with a fixme.

And indeed there was is no difficulty for sure on that track. ;)

About this way way/51347577 do not add access=no if the way is public. That renders the way as grey therefore informing users that the way is not accessible for a reason. The combination access=no + specific access of mobility=yes enters in conflict in terms of routing services because of interpretations, oversights when updating and also In OSM's Wiki between contributors. There have been discussions with the rendering team of OSM's Carto, clearly the discussion has rather been negative since it complicates coding/interpretations/issues. I know in Germany many do that but it's not right.

By the way, I noticed your contributions for ways in nature in North of Vianden German side. Good job, it was about time someone completes there! I had prepared somewhat the terrain to explore and complete even more but since the rise of fuel prices, i can't permit myself, I'm from the SW of LU.

I just found some ways which allow cyclists to enter the N81, like way/1106032634 so yeah indeed it is allowed to bicycles. I just want OSM data correct/accurate and myself i'm a cyclist.

As far as i can remember, this highway network has a specific history. It think it really used to be a motorway (autoroute in French) before the roundabouts were built. It's still awkward though to find inaccurate data in OSM for such a long time!

All the N81 is considered to be part of the E411 https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Route_europ%C3%A9enne_411 What is the source of your verification? Most importantly for the bicycle access.

The path was previously tagged by myself as railway=razed, for a former railway project which was abandoned during constructions. Next contributor changed it as path, Don't know why... I restored it only as railway=razed.

Next time, can you life cycle such ways in nature with prefix with "abandoned:highway" on the key when they disappeared naturally or "razed:highway" when concealed in purpose, please? It's only a question of trail erosion, they can disappear or reappear in a matter of a year depending of activities or even reopened. It tells contributors if such way was already surveyed, like an archive when we check on the LIDAR. By the way, you could have done this for the recent bicycle tour you deleted. Pity, it was quite some work! If you want me to restore it and lifecycle it, just in case the ways will be reusable, let me know.

Désolé de vous le dire mais votre intervention a inséré plus de problèmes que de résolutions:
Vous aviez effacé ce chemin
www.openstreetmap.org/way/381988704 qui du coup on s'est retrouvé avec des multiples restrictions incomplètes ou qui n'avaient plus aucune logique sur le reste des directions comme ce "only straight on" www.openstreetmap.org/relation/7052796 qui ne permettait plus de tourner à gauche.

S'il vous plait, veuillez vous familiariser avec les restrictions avant de les manipuler. C'est du travail de tout remettre en ordre.
