pearce road from here on is unpaved, thus likely highway=track is more suited than highway=tertiary..

Apache pass is a dirt road, should thus probably be highway=track, not highway=tertiary !

There is no maxspeed, but a "recommended" speed of 35mph, could be set as maxspeed useful for navigation apps (the road easily allows 35mph, up to 50 mph is not a problem on some sections)
