Buenas.

Tal y como estaba antes (landuse=residential) estaba correcto. Nograro ya estaba mapeado con un nodo place=hamlet. Si quieres saber más sobre el uso de landuse=residential puedes echar un ojo en osm.wiki/ES:Tag:landuse%3Dresidential

Voy a proceder a corregirlo.

Buenas. Para eso exactamente está "highway=proposed", ¿no?. Es como estaba antes, no es necesario el poner construction si aun no ha empezado la obra.
