Removed short non-existent section of Co 19

Commercial buildings by marina were removed completely in about 2005. Also one of the piers was rebuilt about the same time. Reclassified part of RI Greenway bicycles=yes. Additional source RI Co 2019 GIS aerials.

Oops. I earlier classified these projected roads as dirt, but I actually haven't been here since way last spring. They could be real now. I'll check next spring. No sources yet - that was my error!
