The whole of the Southdown Industrial Estate is boarded up, with the road blocked off. It looks like this is a pretty permanent change so abandoned rather than disused.

There are two separate but linked schools here. A Junior school and an Infant and Nursery school. I'm just adding a point for one, as it's not clear which build is which without a survey.
